Please fill the subject form with the word Affidavit followed by the order number that appears in the e-mail that you received after the payment of your application. If you haven't received the count number to pay the fee, here you can find our bank number to make the transfer.

2.

Send us your brand logo with dimensions of 150x150 pixels jpg format at info@organicscleanawards.com with the rest of the documentation.

3.

The products submitted must be sent as specified in the TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE 15 JULY to:

EL 14 DE DICIEMBRE CONOCEREMOS LOS GANADORES DE 2027

IMPORTANTE

1.

Rellena el formulario editable DECLARACIÓN JURADA 2026 y mándanosla a info@organicscleanawards.com poniendo en el asunto DECLARACIÓN JURADA seguida del número de pedido que consta en el mail que te ha llegado tras el abono de tu candidatura.

Si no te ha llegado el número de cuenta para hacer el abono de las tasas, por favor, haz click en este enlace y descárgate nuestros datos bancarios para hacerla.

2.

Envíanos el logotipo de tu marca con unas dimensiones de 150x150 píxeles y en formato jpg para ponerlo en la portada de nuestros premios. 

3.

Los productos presentados deberán ser remitidos ANTES DEL 15 DE JULIO DE 2026 según lo especificado en las BASES a:

Cumplimenta el formulario autoeditable MARCA y rellena un formulario de PRODUCTO por cada producto presentado, incluidos los utensilios y mándanoslo por mail a info@organicscleanawards.com.
